建筑工程消防验收

申报材料：
　　 1.《建筑消防设计防火审核意见书》、《自动消防设施设计防火审核意见书》、《建筑内部装修设计防火审核意见书》复印件各2份；
　　 2.《自动消防设施检验报告》复印件2份；
　　 3.自动消防设施技术档案3份；
　　 4.竣工图纸或建筑工程图纸（建施、水施、设施、电施、装修）1套；
　　 5.填写完整并盖章的《建筑工程消防验收申报表》1份；
　　 6.填写完整并盖章的《施工单位统计表》；
　　 7.消防公司的施工资质；
　　 8.消防设施设备费发票的复印件；
　　 9.具有易燃易爆危险物品储存的场所《防雷设施检测报告》复印件1份；
　　 10.建设单位与消防设施安装、监理和检测单位签订的消防设施安装、监理和检测合同的复印件；
　　 11.复验时提交书面申请。

　　申办程序及办结时限：
　　公安消防分局从收到图纸资料之日起（材料齐全）5个工作日内进行验收，验收后3个工作日内发出《建筑工程消防验收意见书》。以上项目材料不齐的，列出所缺清单，通知单位一次补齐。
